Discover the John Volken Academy, a renowned long-term drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, and learn how its social enterprises, including Academy Farms, equip residents with valuable life skills to support their journey to sobriety. At Academy Farm, students operate day-to-day operations under supervision, gaining transferable skills for the workplace.

Explore our diverse agricultural endeavors, from milking Water Buffalo with automated technology to raising Bison for meat products. Plus, delve into our latest ventures, including a new barn for pigs and the utilization of our greenhouses for sustainable production.

This event is open to all, but spaces are limited to 25 registrants. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity for professional development and insight into our impactful initiatives!

Lunch will be provided during the event. Kindly inform us of any dietary preferences or restrictions you may have, such as vegetarian, vegan, celiac, gluten-free, lactose intolerance, or allergies. ATTENTION articling registrants!! The in-person event will be an excellent opportunity to network and meet with other registrants.
