Ms. Heinbuch lives in Nelson B.C. and joined Masse & Miller Consulting in the spring of 2005. She has since managed numerous projects in compensation and mitigation plan development and implementation for a variety of developments including highways, residential housing and commercial construction. In addition, she has conducted environmental assessments and provided environmental monitoring services for construction and development projects throughout the Kootenay Region. Prior to joining Masse & Miller Ms. Heinbuch worked for 5 years conducting soil bioengineering projects for steep slope stabilization, stream bank stabilization and revegetation projects throughout British Columbia and Alberta. She is also a graduate of the Restoration of Natural Systems program at the University of Victoria. Ms. Heinbuch is an active member of the Salmo Watershed Streamkeepers Society and has been involved with the restoration of the Yankee Girl mine tailings site on the Salmo River since 2000. She is currently involved in identifying and prioritizing sites for restoration in the Salmo River Watershed as well as managing restoration projects for her present employer. |

Rehabilitation Technician Terra Erosion Control
From: 2000-10-01 to 2005-09-01 Specilizing in soil bioengineering techniques using live cuttings of native plant species to stabilize slopes/banks, enhance habitat, restore riparian areas and reclaim lands. Lisa has conducted site assessments, developed site specific prescriptions for erosion control, steep slope stabilization, bank stabilization, fish habitat enhancement and mine reclamation in addition to project supervision and management.
