Andrew Grew up in Black Creek, on Vancouver Island, on a small mixed farm. He spent some time working on a dairy farm, driving tractor, milking, etc.
Andrew has worked in the area of food processing since 1993, in technical positions (quality assurance, research and development, some marketing and technical sales/support). In addition to his Food Science Degree, he has also trained as a profesional cook, and has cooked in commercial kitchens.
Now Andrew works for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, doing his part to help safeguard our food supply, our national herd, and our national plant resources.
