Most of my post university (U. of Guleph) career has been in ornamental greenhouse/nursery production (with a minor but incredibly interesting and rewarding stint in sustainable coffee import/roasting). Unitl recently my focus had been on propagation and finishing perennial crops as well as seeding and cutting propagation of many hardwood, softwood and herbaceous varieties.

My current work is as an agrologist for the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands Production Insurance program. I provide agronomic support for the grape, berry and field vegetable plans.

I keep my thumbs green with my home garden and a small grafting enterprise supplying grafted vines and rooted cuttings to local Okanagan growers.
