BCIA Ethics for Professionals Online
Using case studies and examples, this course takes a look at professionalism, the code of ethics, and responsibilities of professional Agrologists. The new Code of Ethics, Duty to Report and the changes to the BCIA Bylaws following the enactment of the Professional Governance Act will also be reviewed.
Facilitator: Brian Mauza
- Section 1 will be delivered as a two week self-paced online course (approximately 4 hours of online work). Opens Friday, September 3rd by 12:00 pm. Complete online modules by Friday, September 17th, 2021
- Section 2 willl be a 2 - 2 1/2 hour real-time Zoom discussion of the case studies covered in Section 1 held on Friday, September 24th from 1:00 - 3:30 pm. Registrants must complete Section 1 (online portion) before gaining access to the Zoom session.
BOTH Sections 1 and 2 must be completed for successful completion of the Ethics workshop requirement for the Articling Program. (6 PDH total)
Registration Cost: $120 for Articling and Expedited TAgs and PAgs who have not previously taken the BCIA Ethics workshop.
