FBC Webinar: How can we use a health crisis to create healthier, more resilient communities? September 25, 11:00-12:30

The Fraser Basin Council will be hosting a conversation with experts in health and the built environment for a webinar on the intersections of climate resilience, health, and equity in our environment.. The webinar will examine how the quality of our built and natural environments affect our health in addition to exploring social resilience and equity in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Presenters bios will be Jade Yehia, an Environmental Health Officer (EHO) with Island Health and Dr. Shannon Waters, a Coast Salish member of Stz’uminus First Nation who is currently a Medical Health Officer with Island Health.
