1:00 - 3:30 pm - Macrophotography Workshop with Ward Strong
Ward Strong will talk about taking pics of little things: how he does it (for interest’s sake), and how farmers, consultants and others might do it for diagnosis and information purposes. He will look at what’s important in taking close-up pics, with special reference to cell phones and point-and-shoot cameras, and then allow people to try their hand at taking pics of little things. This is a hands-on workshop. Bring your camera or cell phone.
Note: This is not about taking pics of microscopic things, which are like mites, fungal spores, bacteria. It will focus on larger things like insects and disease symptoms
Parking: Free Parking for registrants. (A parking code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to the workshop)
Lunch: Bring your brown bag lunch. Light refreshments will be served.
