In partnership with the Canadian Agricultural Partnership, the Kamloops Food Policy Council hosts a free half-day workshop on Protecting Fruit Trees & Crops from Climate Change with speaker Molly Thurston, PAg, of Pearl Agricultural Consulting.

The half-day training is for all levels, whether you own a fruit tree or are a regular producer. Topics will include integrated pest management, use of organic pesticides, managing extreme heat stress and smoke, irrigation use, and general pruning how-to's.
