For example indivdual work, live coaching, small virtual team work and virtual competitions.
Dates: Mon. Nov. 16 & Tues Nov. 17, 3:00 - 5:00 pm Deadline for registration is Nov. 9
Cost: $35 pp. Limited to 30 participants.
An email with links and access details will be sent to those registered for the webinar closer to the date of the event.
HOW LEARNING HAPPENS
My process is very interactive with the goal of having participants working or presenting more than ½ the time. The general layout of each module is:
1. Introduction of tactic with examples
2. Demonstration of idea by the instructor
3. Individual, partner, small group work
4. Group presentation of ideas with coaching
5. Introduction of next tactic
To make interaction effective online participants would need to:
• Speak on camera with video and audio turned on
• Interact in “break out” rooms with other participants
• Using the chat in both public and private messaging
Please read over the COURSE OUTLINE for more details.
PREWORK: While not essential or required; for best outcomes and to make sure training is as relevant as possible participants can submit a slide deck or recording of a recent presentation or a presentation they plan on doing in the future. This can then serve as the topic by which they apply the ideas and tactics.
