Testimonials from a Victoria Strategic Planning Session:
“Want a way to provide direct input to the direction of your BCIA? Want to feel like you are being heard and that your opinions matter? Erwin and Kiara did a great job running this planning session making sure that all who attended were active participants. In these times of rapid change, I would encourage everyone to participate in the planning session like I did to help steer the organization in a direction that you can be proud of.”
“The strategic planning session facilitated by Erwin and Kiara was very productive and engaging. At the end of the session, it was clear that member participation in this process is key to guiding the future focus and direction of BCIA. I would encourage members to attend the session and voice their input.”
