What I do
I work with communities who endeavor to sustain healthy native ecosystems for medicines, food and wildlife.
Best parts of my job
My most enjoyable experiences have been those where I have learned from others about medicinal and food plants. There are people and communities who have a plethora of knowledge about native ecosystems, their uses and insight on their sustainable management . My work has taken me to some beautiful places in western Canada including the North West Territories, Alberta and Northern British Columbia.
