As outlined in the Rules of Order:

• Only individuals who have pre-registered for the speakers list will be recognized to speak during debate on the registrant resolution;
• Speakers will be called upon in the order in which they registered;
• Time limits for speakers will be enforced; and
• Depending on the number of speakers registered and the time available, debate may be closed before all registered speakers have had an opportunity to speak.

BCIA recognizes that these procedures differ somewhat from past AGMs. However, given the size of this year’s meeting, these measures are intended to support a process that is fair, respectful, and operationally manageable for all participants.
