The 2026 BCIA AGM will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at noon virtually. Official notice.

The 2025 AGM minutes, Annual Report, Audited Financial Statements and other materials will be reviewed during the meeting.

A Zoom link to join the online session, and other important AGM information, was sent May 15th to all those registered up until that point. Those individuals registered after May 15th will be contacted directly. It is vital to review the AGM information before attending the AGM.
