BCIA is pleased to announce the result of its online election process for one (1) Registrant Board Member position in District 3, in compliance with the Professional Governance Act (PGA) and the BCIA Bylaws.  

• Taisha Mitchell, PAg has been confirmed as a Board member for Electoral Regional District 3 (Vancouver, Victoria & Islands) for a three-year term. The position will commence with the adjournment of the 2026 BCIA AGM set for May 20, 2026.

BCIA hereby confirms the filling of this vacancy in District 3, therefore concluding the 2026 election process.

There was 16% voter participation for this election.

The strength of any governance process rests in the willingness of individuals to step forward, engage, and contribute. The process is richer and ultimately more effective because of those who choose to participate.
