“Promoting Indigenous Cultural Heritage and Well-being through Food Sovereignty,” features Jacob Beaton of Tea Creek, who will share how Indigenous-led food systems strengthen community, culture, and sustainability.
Jacob and the Tea Creek team have been leaders in advancing Indigenous-led food production, training, and land-based learning. Many of you may have heard about Jacob and the work of the Tea Creek team referenced at recent BCIA Branch AGMs. Registrants are encouraged to watch the Tea Creek documentary in advance of attending this FPCC opportunity. The FPCC webinar features Jacob Beaton and Julian Napoleon, PAg from Salteau First Nation.
