This hybrid event will take place on Saturday March 14th, 2026,between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM PST at the Italian Cultural Centre (ICC), with a live-streamed Zoom option for online attendees! Online participants will have a chance to interact with the speakers and panelists.

We are also hosting a Student Poster Presentation Competition. If interested, please register through the registration link. We are offering a reimbursement for poster printing up to $45, so don’t let the cost hold you back from sharing your passion.

The morning portion will feature presentations, followed by lunch, student poster presentations, and an afternoon panel discussion.
