Join the Kamloops Branch for a two-hour field tour exploring an innovative water catchment system developed and implemented by the Gunner family. Led by Catherine Tarasoff, PhD, P.Ag., Agrowest Consulting, this hands-on session will provide participants with an opportunity to examine the design, operation, and practical application of a real-world water management system.

As climate change and increasing water scarcity continue to challenge agricultural production across British Columbia, effective water management has never been more important. During the tour, participants will explore how water catchment systems can improve water availability and discuss practical adaptation strategies that support resilient agricultural operations.

  • Learn how the system was designed and implemented.
