This optional evening gathering is designed to give participants time to first attend the training, sit with the learning, begin applying the tools and approaches, and then return with the questions, ideas, and challenges that often emerge through practice.
Sometimes the best questions come after we have had time to reflect and begin putting our learning into action.
What to Expect:
- This will be a relaxed, relational, and participant-driven session rather than another formal training workshop. Together, we will create space to:
- Reconnect and reflect on what has stayed with you since the training
- Ask questions about curriculum and professional learning design
- Explore challenges or uncertainties that have emerged as you begin applying the learning
- Discuss ideas for workshops, courses, webinars, programs, or other learning initiatives
- Bring questions or early ideas related to your Weaving Learning Blueprint
- Receive additional guidance, coaching, and feedback from Len
- Learn alongside other participants through shared questions, experiences, and conversation
- Identify next steps for continuing to strengthen your learning design practice

The Weaving Learning experience is intentionally designed as more than a single training session.

The August training provides the foundation. The time afterward creates space for reflection and application. This follow-up Learning Circle offers a place to return with the questions that can only emerge once you begin putting the learning into practice.
Who Can Attend?
This complimentary session is available exclusively to participants registered for either of the August 2026 sessions of Weaving Learning: Professional Learning Design Training.
Participation is optional, and there is no additional cost to attend.
You do not need to have completed your Weaving Learning Blueprint before attending. Come exactly where you are in your learning process—with questions, ideas, reflections, challenges, or simply a willingness to listen and learn alongside others.
