In her previous role as the Environmental Stewardship Manager at the Musqueam Indian Band (MIB), Yeganeh took charge of the water, land, and environment program within Musqueam's Traditional Territory. She played a pivotal role in establishing the Environment and Stewardship Department, providing mentorship and supervision to staff while actively supporting policy, programs, and projects related to environmental concerns. Her responsibilities extended to ecosystem and habitat protection, enhancement, and restoration, as well as fostering vital relationships with government and non-government entities impacting MIB's commitment to the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).

Yeganeh's extensive consultancy experience centers on crafting mitigation, compensation, and environmental management plans for hydroelectric, linear, and mining projects. She excels in hydrology, employing statistical and hydrological modeling for flood forecasting and management. Yeganeh also specializes in water resource development, monitoring, and rainfall forecasting, overseeing data collection, processing, quality assurance, and quality control for water resource planning and flood management. Her contributions include the development of efficient computer systems for data collection and analysis.
