Bio

I am a Professional Agrologist and a Certified Scrum Master with natural resource sector and non-profit experience of almost 30 years. The knowledge of multi-disciplinary issues involved in natural resource management with a background in site assessments, environmental management, strategic planning, and change leadership implementation enabled me to lead complex projects, in-person and virtually. I have been a dedicated public servant since 2018 and a project manager with the Ministry of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship (WLRS) since 2021.

I draw my strengths from life-long learning, research, analysis, and collaboration. I am a strategic thinker who engages tactically and leads coach-like, choosing to integrate innovative solutions to bring momentum to initiatives. Building strong partner relationships is important to me as I champion collective success.

Forever curious, creative, and authentic, I champion courage and collaboration, for which I have been recognized. I believe that if connected and engaged, diverse knowledge and expertise can create transformational results! Grateful to live, work, and dream on the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations territories since the mid-1990s.

Most current degrees: MSc in Environmental Management, University of Stirling, UK + MSc in Environmental Engineering, METU, Turkiye.
