I am a graduate of Water Security Master's degree at the University of Saskatchewan, and graduate of Earth and Environmental Science Bachelor's degree at the University of British Columbia Okanagan. I have experience with river and wetland monitoring/restoration projects throughout the Tsolum River Watershed as the Research Assistant at the Tsolum River Restoration Society. I worked at Mainstream Biological Consulting in Campbell River as an Environmental Technician,  completing roles such as an Environmental Monitor for many small and large scale construction sites including in-stream restoration projects for 2 years.

As of 2025, I work as a Environmental Protection Officer for the BC government in Cranbrook BC. I inspect various facilities including wastewater facilities, under the Environmental Management Act.
