In 2010, he founded Greenchain Consulting to enhance local food enterprises with impactful business planning. Darren champions local food businesses and has had board roles with LOCO BC and Knives and Forks Community Investment Fund. Darren recently competed in an Ironman to raise money for BC Brain Injury Association.
