Don't miss this exciting opportunity to broaden your knowledge of the current state of climate action in agrology and discuss opinions, ideas and action plans with specialists in the field.
The Speakers and sessions this year will be focused around four themes:
Seriousness, Accountability, Hopefulness, Balance
Many nature-based solutions recognized by institutions leading the response to climate change, like the International Panel on Climate Change, are within the scope of agrology. Join fellow agrologists, practitioners and experts as we explore climate action in the Cariboo Central Interior region. Hear about their thoughts on climate hope and their work in agriculture, resiliency, climate, and sustainability. Weaving through subthemes of seriousness, accountability, hopefulness and balance, participants will leave with a strengthened understanding of regional climate projections, the opportunities associated with stepping into climate accountability, bright spots of local climate action and the power of collaboration. Register soon, we are limited to 60 tickets. Registration is required for the Climate Action in Agrology event. Registration is open to BCIA members and non-BCIA members.
