The 2024 Victoria and Islands Branch AGM is booked for October 25, at Oceanfront Suites at Cowichan Bay.

Optional Accommodation: To accommodate those who will be travelling to the venue, our host has kindly set aside some rooms for us at a discounted rate, if you would like to stay at the venue on Friday night.

Here is how to book your discounted room: Either on their website (https://oceanfrontcowichanbay.com/) or by calling the front desk (1-800-663-7898), book the night of October 24 and using the group code “Agrologists” (case sensitive, no quotation marks), or on the phone by asking to book under the group block “BC institute of Agrologists AGM”.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. These rooms will be held until August 24th, so please make your reservation before then. They may still have rooms after that date, but not at the discounted rate.

If anyone would like a different room type than what has been set aside for us, or would like to arrive earlier than October 24th or stay later than October 25th, our host has kindly offered to still apply the special rates, but you will have to contact the Director of Sales and Marketing, Cori Lloyd-Walters.
