The 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the British Columbia Institute of Agrologists ("BCIA") respecting the 2024 fiscal year shall take place by way of a virtual format on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm Pacific Time. It's the 78th year for BCIA as a regulator!

The 2024 AGM minutes, Annual Report, Audited Financial Statements and other materials will be reviewed during the meeting.

AGM Materials are posted when they become available.

The following items are to be noted:

• AGM registration is open on the BCIA website under EVENTS. The proposed AGM Agenda and other information required for the meeting shall be provided to all registrants in good standing of BCIA by electronic means ~ two weeks before the AGM;
• The deadline for receipt of any resolutions considered at the AGM is March 21, 2025 at 4:00 pm Pacific Time;
• In compliance with Bylaw #31, the business conducted at the annual general meeting shall include:

 (a) adoption of minutes of the previous annual general meeting;

 (b) adoption of the audited annual financial statements;

 (c) appointment of auditors;

 (d) receipt of Council election results, if any; and

 (e) any other business specified in the notice of the annual general meeting
