The seminar will address the impact on freshwater sources such as Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs), Cyanotoxins produced from HABs and how to address these challenges to maintain the supply of safe drinking water to the public.
This journal/reading club session will be an open opportunity to discuss the article (please pass along, attached below) and beyond regarding microplastics in soil. There will be a very brief introduction but nothing structured - a space for discussion, collaboration, and networking about a common interest. All Branches are welcome to join.

Two half day Workshops will be held on Monday, September 18th. The Mine Tour takes place on Tuesday, September 19th, followed by two days of Technical Sessions on Wednesday, September 20th and Thursday, September 21st.
